Rookes holiday cottage is a newly completed holiday cottage in the new forest, directly fronting the open forest with extensive views. Guests can walk straight from the front garden on to the new forest with it's free-roaming ponies (pic 1 , pic 2 , pic 3). Brockenhurst is a 2 minute drive or short walk. The riding school can be walked to with ease.

The self catering accommodation consists of a brick built entrance porch and reception room, with stairs leading to the first floor. The lounge is spacious with a large, oak-beamed inglenook fireplace. Double french doors open on to the rear of the holiday cottage giving access to the garden area with timber decking, lawn and patio area. The accommodating fitted kitchen, combined with seating for 12 in the dining area, is located centrally on the ground floor and features all modern appliances. The hallway off the kitchen leads to the utility/shower room and another light and airy high vaulted twin bedroom (pic 1, pic 2) at the rear of this holiday cottage in the new forest. French doors lead from this room to the garden. A twin bedroom is also situated on the ground floor off the reception rooom. The first floor features 4 bedrooms (two double and two twin bedrooms) and the main bathroom. The two twin bedrooms at the front of the property offering superb panoramic views over the forest outside.
