Peacock Cottage is less than half a mile from the beach and a short drive from the New Forest.
This detached cottage comprises both the brick and rendered parts in the photograph.

It is currently being renovated and will be available as a New Forest cottage in time for Christmas 2008
(Now booked for Christmas 2008 & New Year2008/9)

There are five bedrooms laid out as:

Bedroom 1 - double & single
Bedroom 2 - double & single
Bedroom 3 - double
Bedroom 4 - double
Bedroom 5 - 2 single bunk beds

2 new bathrooms, both have basin, toilet, bath and separate shower. One upstairs and one down.

Large open plan kitchen/dining/living space - with open fire and 3 aspects.

Separate double aspect lounge with open fire, television etc, directly adjoining the open plan space but with a single door which can be closed or left open.

Wide entrance hall with doors to the 5th bedroom, bathroom, staircase and living space.

Large enclosed back garden and smaller open front garden, parking for up to 4 cars, (parking not possible in quiet lane as very narrow).

Short walk to beach, even shorter walk to Barton Common, which stretches to the coast.

Restaurant, and Clifftop cafe, both with sea views, in Barton (clifftop village). Local shop etc.

In walking distance of New Milton pubs, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Babies and infants small enough to be in travel cots are free, we can supply cots and high chairs but please bring your own cot linen.
