This large New Forest holiday cottage is a 6 bedroomed town house ideal for large groups, situated off Lymington high street on the edge of the New Forest. Address: Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 3NJ.

An intriguing Grade 2 listed semi-detached town residence offers extensive accommodation as a large holiday cottage with a garden path leading to walled areas of garden and garaging. This is a holiday cottage with real town-house character and was inhabited by the same family for over 120 years.

The accommodation in our holiday cottage consists of a Reception Hall/Dining room with fireplace and stairs leading to the first floor. A large kitchen/breakfast room, with gas cooker and washing machine. A lobby off the kitchen leads to the side-garden and rear-garden of the property. The lounge is situated on the first floor and has double doors opening on to the balcony. The bathroom is situated on the first floor, with a shower room on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the 1st, second and third floors. Bedroom 1 - 4'6" double. Bedroom 2 - 4'6" double. Bedroom 3 - 4'6" double. Bedroom 4 - two 3' singles. Bedroom 5 - two 3' singles. The bustling Georgian quayside town, Lymington, is renowned for its sailing, range of independent shops, variety of boat trips and ferry link to the Isle of Wight. The Saturday market draws people from far and wide and fills the High Street with stalls of all kinds. There are excellent pubs and restaurants close by, and a choice of supermarkets and shops in the High Street, which is within less than a minute's level walk . The sea wall coastal area with its protected bird reserve marshland lies close by and provides for scenic walks with views of the Isle of Wight and the needles.
